To get Microsoft Copilot to show up in all Microsoft 365 desktop apps, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check License: Ensure that you are assigned a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you're unsure, ask your Microsoft 365 admin to verify your license status.
    2. Enable Copilot: If Copilot is missing, you may need to enable it. You can follow the steps in the guide on how to find and enable the missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps.
    3. Organizational Policies: Confirm with your Microsoft 365 admin that Copilot is not blocked by your organization's policies.

If you have completed these steps and still do not see Copilot, it may be necessary to reach out to your IT support for further assistance.
