Does Teams have a 'personal meeting room link', like Zoom?

Good morning team Microsoft,

We have Office 365, specially Teams and Outlook.

My colleagues use a database CRM, and for making appointments for virtual meetings; however, we cant find a way to send the meeting invite via Teams, only via Zoom.
We want to make sure we use Teams, once it is all synchronised to our Outlook Calendars.

The meeting can't be created via Outlook or Teams, it needs to have the personal link like Zoom, so its always the same link and we can add it to our meeting invite BODY TEXT, as part of the email template.

Hope it all makes sense.
If needed, I am happy to discuss this idea in details via virtual meeting.

Currently this is not available in Teams.
While there has been a uservoice thread about this feature: Provide an option for a personal meeting room

This would be helpful. Team meeting from a channel are problematic as they invite everyone who is in channel. Schedule meetings make it difficult to manage as each link is unique. A personal meeting would be helpful. As well as a client / topic level that didnt prompt everyone to join

There is a workaround - though may not meet your security demands. Works for me though. There is an option to create a recurring meeting for the next 10+ years and use that link until it expires - which at the moment is 60 days from the last date of the recurring instance you set... 🚀

I am having the same issue as the others on this thread.

We currently use Go To Meeting for personal meeting rooms to have quick support calls with clients.

The issues with the Teams "Meet Now" links are:

The chat history is exposed to new attendees. There is no way to clear that out or prevent new attendees from seeing it without disabling the chat function.

The meeting must have at least 2 people (including the primary user). Therefore, you cannot remove all past attendees but always have to keep at least 1 past attendee.

I saw the recurring meeting recommendation, thank you! Do you if that solves the 2 issues listed above?
