Hi Farid,
The recent update shifted dictation and voice typing to rely more heavily on online speech recognition services, which means accuracy depends on both the updated language models and the quality of your microphone input. The older WSR engine was primarily offline and trained locally, while Voice Access integrates newer AI-driven recognition that can behave differently depending on region, installed language packs, and network conditions. If you are on Windows 11 22H2 or later, pressing Win + H now invokes the modern Voice Typing experience, while Win + Ctrl + S opens the Voice Access interface.
To improve accuracy, ensure that Settings > Privacy & security > Speech has “Online speech recognition” enabled, confirm your microphone is properly calibrated under Settings > System > Sound > Input, and retrain the system via Control Panel > Ease of Access > Speech Recognition > Train your computer to better understand you if you still use WSR. If you rely on offline recognition, note that Microsoft has deprecated it, so accuracy improvements will primarily come from the online engine.
