Try these steps in order on the Windows 11 PC and the Beats Solo 4:
- Put the Beats Solo 4 into pairing mode
- Turn the headphones off, then follow the manufacturer’s instructions to make them discoverable (often holding the power or Bluetooth button until the LED flashes).
- If unsure, check the Beats documentation or website.
- Pair from Windows Quick Settings
- On the taskbar, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon next to the time.
- In the Bluetooth tile, select Manage Bluetooth devices.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Under New devices, wait for the Beats Solo 4 to appear and select them.
- Pair from Settings if they don’t show
- Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Select Add device (or Add Bluetooth or other device), then choose Bluetooth.
- When the Beats Solo 4 appear in the list, select them and follow any prompts, then select Done.
- If the headphones “forget” themselves or don’t appear
- Remove any old Beats entries from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices if present, then repeat pairing.
- Ensure the headphones stay in pairing mode (LED still indicating discoverable) while Windows is searching.
- If they still don’t appear, see the Bluetooth troubleshooting article referenced below to adjust discovery settings or fix Bluetooth issues.
Once paired successfully, Windows should automatically reconnect to the Beats Solo 4 whenever Bluetooth is on and the headphones are in range and powered on.
