Beats Solo 4 doesnt pair or connect

Try these steps in order on the Windows 11 PC and the Beats Solo 4:

1. Put the Beats Solo 4 into pairing mode

• Turn the headphones off, then follow the manufacturer’s instructions to make them discoverable (often holding the power or Bluetooth button until the LED flashes).
• If unsure, check the Beats documentation or website.

2. Pair from Windows Quick Settings

1. On the taskbar, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon next to the time.
2. In the Bluetooth tile, select Manage Bluetooth devices.
3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. Under New devices, wait for the Beats Solo 4 to appear and select them.

3. Pair from Settings if they don’t show

1. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
2. Select Add device (or Add Bluetooth or other device), then choose Bluetooth.
3. When the Beats Solo 4 appear in the list, select them and follow any prompts, then select Done.

4. If the headphones “forget” themselves or don’t appear

• Remove any old Beats entries from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices if present, then repeat pairing.
• Ensure the headphones stay in pairing mode (LED still indicating discoverable) while Windows is searching.

Once paired successfully, Windows should automatically reconnect to the Beats Solo 4 whenever Bluetooth is on and the headphones are in range and powered on.
