Hi, not supported within the mobile app:
If you open a web browser on the mobile client, you can access that way

Dear experts，
it seems we cannot access the archive mailbox as in Outlook for Windows on mobile devices.
Is there something not configured correctly on our end?
Appreciate any help!

Quick question, because this makes no sense to me. If my mailbox is in the cloud tenant (Exchange Online), I can add a shared mailbox that I have been granted access to, to my Outlook mobile client.
Why can't I do the same for an Online Archive mailbox? It's nothing more than a shared mailbox with an access list of ONE and a 100 GB limit.

According to the documentation provided by Andy, we can learn that the mobile device cannot view archive mailbox of Exchange Online is by design.
And in my tests, opening the Exchange Online mailbox using Outlook on the web and Outlook app in my phone also did not show up the archive mailbox.
Therefore, we recommend that you view the archive mailbox in an Outlook client or Outlook on Web on your computer.
