Been forced out of my account, recovery code can only be sent to a deleted account I can't recover.

I got back from work, this new passkey being asked every time I log in is infuriating as I try the steps and can't change it anywhere.

Anyway the result of the log out is my old account I would frequently switch back and forth with, that I'd forgotten the password for because it goes months without me needing to use it, is now locked.

The email it wants to send the recovery code to doesn't exist anymore and I can't recreate is because it's a hotmail.co.uk address.

I really need it back because If anything happened to my only usable account the recovery codes would be sent the one I can't get into now. Why would you randomly log me out without warning? Why am I now needing to deal with forced passkeys without any warning?

This is so much added stress and I can't not have this old account, if somehow I couldn't get into my main one I'd lose everything! Everything needs an email and password now! Please, please, please help!

    Hello Peter

I can see that you have been forced out of your account and the recovery code can only be sent to a deleted account which you can't recover

Have you try using Microsoft recovery form? If not, then you should try it to see if you are able to recover your account. Refer to this site for the recovery form:

If recovery form doesn't work, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance:
