    Hi,

Please try using another device or phone and log in to your rewards account, and see if your rewards change to your default region. Also, try using your mobile data.

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to the Microsoft Rewards team for support. You can do this by visiting the link below and filling out the form. Make sure to log in to the account you are having issues with, as only the Microsoft Rewards Support Team can investigate your account and assist you further.

Microsoft Rewards catalogs and gift card availability are region-specific and can change over time.

    Key points for this scenario:

    1. Microsoft Rewards must be used in the same region where the account is registered. Rewards offers and redemption catalogs vary by country/region, including the Philippines.
    2. Some gift cards (such as specific local brands like Puregold) are not guaranteed to be permanently available. They may be removed, replaced, or temporarily out of stock. When this happens, they simply no longer appear in the Redeem catalog for that region.
    3. If the catalog is showing gift cards that appear to be from another region, it is typically because:
      • The account region and the actual location/market do not match, or
      • There is an issue related to region detection (for example, using a VPN or being in a different country/region than the one set on the Microsoft account).

    Actions to take:

    1. Confirm that Microsoft Rewards is supported in the current country/region and that the account is set to that same region. The list of supported regions is documented in the Microsoft Rewards regions article.
    2. Ensure that no VPN, proxy, or other location-masking service is being used when viewing or redeeming rewards, because offers and catalogs are tied to the detected region.
    3. If a specific gift card (such as Puregold) no longer appears, it is likely unavailable or out of stock for the region. In that case, check the Redeem page periodically for alternative or newly added rewards.

If the catalog still appears incorrect after confirming region and not using a VPN, contact Microsoft Rewards Support via the Rewards Support page so the Rewards team can review the account and catalog configuration.
