On 05/24/2026, I purchased a Minecraft subscription from the Microsoft Store (I am attaching the document resulting from the transaction), using the payment option available on the official page https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download.
The amount was settled on 05/26/2026, but I am unable to log in to the game using the only credentials I have for my Microsoft account, namely ******@gmail.com (the same ones I use to log in here, on the support page). Surprisingly, the transaction does not appear in my Microsoft account, in the order history section.
Therefore, I respectfully ask you to support me in successfully logging in!
