You are aware that Office Home 2024 does not include Classic Outlook.

But that Office Home and Business 2024 does.

And you can also purchase a standalone Classic Outlook
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/outlook/cfq7ttc0pbmd

If you are committed to moving from Classic Outlook to New Outlook you have a few things to do.

Add your email accounts to New Outlook. For any email types other than POP, it should sync with your mail server and bring down your emails. Depending on the account type it may also sync your Contacts and Calendar.

If it is an IMAP or POP account it will not sync your Contacts and Calendar and you will have to move them manually.

You can Export your Contacts from Classic Outlook to a CSV file and Import them into New Outlook

You can Publish (Export) your Calendar from Classic Outlook as an ICS file
(These instructions are for Exporting from Classic Outlook and Importing into Google Calendar. Just do the Export part).

And then Add (Import) the Calendar in New Outlook

New Outlook does not currently support importing a local Outlook Data File (.pst) directly. To move mail, contacts, and calendar from classic Outlook into the account used in new Outlook, use classic Outlook to import the data into the mailbox, then use that same mailbox in new Outlook.

Steps to move data from classic Outlook to new Outlook:

    1. In classic Outlook, export a backup (if not already done)
      • In classic Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
      • Choose Export to a file > Outlook Data File (.pst) and follow the prompts to create a .pst backup of the account/data you want to keep.
    2. Import the .pst into the mailbox using classic Outlook
      • In classic Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
      • Select Import from another program or file > Next.
      • Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.
      • Browse to the .pst file, choose the desired option for duplicates, then Next.
      • Select the target mailbox (for example, the Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account that will also be used in new Outlook).
      • Choose Import items into the current folder or select the mailbox root and enable Include subfolders.
      • Select Finish and wait for the import to complete.
      • Allow time for the mailbox to sync to the cloud if it is a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account.
    3. Switch to new Outlook and use the same account
      • In classic Outlook, turn on the Try the new Outlook toggle in the upper-right corner (if available).
      • New Outlook will install and open.
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft 365/Outlook.com account where the data was imported.
      • New Outlook will show the mailbox contents after they sync from the server.

Key limitation to be aware of:

    • Importing a .pst file directly in new Outlook is not supported. All .pst imports must be done in classic Outlook first, into a cloud mailbox that new Outlook can connect to.

If needed, classic Outlook can be reinstalled on Windows to perform the import, then new Outlook can be used as the main app afterward.
