Action required: Subscription(s) at risk of cancellation

May 31, 2026 According to our records, there are subscription(s) associated with the following Microsoft partner: Endurance Singapore Holdings Private Limited (Singapore), SG. This partner is no longer authorized to transact as a direct bill cloud solution provider at this country location. 

You must take the following action to avoid impact to your service:

• Pursuant to the terms of your Microsoft Customer Agreement, you are required to choose a new authorized CSP partner or purchase directly with Microsoft.
• You can identify an alternative suitable new partner in your region and then engage with your partner of choice to transfer your subscriptions to that partner’s tenant.
• For more information on Deauthorization and Change of Channel Partner (COCP) actions please see the CSP Authorization FAQ
• Your Direct Bill partner may be eligible to continue transacting as an Indirect Reseller. Please contact your partner directly to confirm their status. If you are unable to obtain confirmation, you must proceed with the actions outlined above.
• Failure to do one of the above options within 59 calendar days from the date of this notice may result in the cancellation of the subscription(s).
• If any of your current subscriptions are not set to auto-renew and the subscription terms end within above time period, the subscriptions may be impacted sooner.
• If you have purchased a new subscription with at least equivalent number of licenses from a new partner or directly from Microsoft (available in your product portal or product pages), these will not be impacted. Only the subscriptions purchased from the deauthorized partner above may be subject to cancellation. Refer to Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
