The method to access BIOS varies form PC to PC, usually it is accessed by starting your PC, then on the manufacturers logo screen on startup, repeatedly press the F2 or Del key.

However, if you have Windows 10 installed, if that is installed in Legacy BIOS mode, if you enable TPM, then Windows will not boot up correctly, I need to check your system.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    • If you want edit the values. restart the PC, while restarting will display the instruction to go to BIOS settings most commonly used Esc, Delete, F1, F2, F10, F11, or F12 keys to enter BIOS.

To open the BIOS/UEFI so UEFI and TPM settings can be managed, use one of these methods:

    1. From Windows 10
      1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
      2. Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
      3. On the blue screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart.
      4. The PC will reboot into the firmware (BIOS/UEFI) menu, where TPM and boot mode settings are typically found under Security, Advanced, or Trusted Computing.
    2. Using the firmware key at startup
      1. Turn the PC off completely.
      2. Turn it on and immediately press the manufacturer’s firmware key repeatedly (commonly Esc, Delete, F1, F2, F10, F11, or F12; on tablets, often Volume Up or Volume Down).
      3. When the firmware menu appears, navigate to the relevant section (for example, Security > Secure Boot or TPM-related options) to configure UEFI and TPM.

After enabling TPM or changing firmware mode, save changes and exit using the firmware’s Save & Exit option.
