My Intel NUC has a Core i9-11900KB but it's not listed as eligible for Win 11

I had a look on this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors to check if my CPU was supported for WIN 11. I've found Core i9-11900K but NOT the Core i9-11900KB. I'm just wondering why, as both as far as I can understand, are basically the same (apart from speed). I'm not an expert on this so pardon my ignorance on the subject.
Can anyone tell me if I could install WIN 11 on my NUC 11 Extreme (I haven't put it together yet so I cannot run PC Health at this stage)??
Thanks!

All Intel® Core™ Processors that are 8th Generation and higher support Windows 11.

    Core i9-11900KB is a 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i9 Processors, so it will surely support Windows 11.

Intel® NUCs meeting minimum requirements will support a clean installation of Windows 11
