To sign in to a Google (Gmail/Google Workspace) work account in Outlook for iOS when the Google OAuth option is not obvious, use the account-add flow that exposes the Google sign-in screen:

    1. Open Outlook for iOS and go to the main inbox view.
    2. Tap the Account icon in the upper-left corner (three horizontal lines or the house icon).
    3. At the bottom of the left pane, tap the Settings gear icon.
    4. Tap Add Account > Add an Email account.
    5. Enter the full work Gmail address and continue.
    6. If Outlook does not automatically recognize it as a Google account, look for a Not ______? link at the bottom center or top right of the setup screen.
    7. Tap that link and then tap the Google icon.
    8. Outlook will now open the Google OAuth sign-in page where the work Gmail credentials and any required 2‑step verification code can be entered.

If 2‑step verification is enabled on the Google account, Outlook for iOS supports it; after selecting the Google option, the Google 2‑step verification flow will appear so the code can be entered.
