Enrollment blocked by automated trust check - request manual Vetting review

My company's enrollment in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program was

automatically blocked at the "Company information" step. The portal returned

"Your request has been blocked" with no actionable detail. Support agent is ai that leads me to circutuous resolution steps with no path forward, retrying with EIN number leads to same error number, and support ticket requires me to select a workspace which somehow has not populated but is required.

I am requesting an escalation to the Partner Center Vetting / Trust & Safety

team for a manual review and reset of my blocked enrollment, so I can complete

company verification. I have our official company registration document

available on request.

Error reference details:

  • Reference number: 715-123160
  • Transaction ID: 45448b69-ebfc-4b21-8304-7f59f491131d
  • Correlation ID (attempt 1): 340c4c32-b28e-4e82-920f-5c43c46919a6
  • Correlation ID (attempt 2): 16caba5e-0de0-4bce-b9d4-4ddf5fe73b5d

Request: Please route this to the Vetting / Enrollment team for a manual review and reset of the trust block on the above account so I can resubmit and complete enrollment. I can provide our certificate of incorporation, EIN documentation, and proof of domain ownership on request to verify identity. Thank you.

Hi Katherine, hitting an automated trust check block (Error 715-123160) while enrolling in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program is a known roadblock that occurs when the automated system flags a data mismatch or security anomaly. Because this security lock actively glitches the frontend ticket system, preventing your workspace from populating, you need to bypass the standard portal. Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (admin.microsoft.com) using your global admin credentials, navigate to Support > Help & support on the left menu, and submit a ticket from there stating that your Partner Center enrollment is blocked by Error 715-123160 and requires manual vetting. While waiting for a human agent from the Trust & Safety team to respond, double-check that your company name and address in the Partner Center match your official EIN documentation line-for-line, and have your Certificate of Incorporation, EIN letter, and proof of domain ownership ready to upload immediately upon contact to clear the block.
