If you want to perform a cleanup after forced removal of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), there are 2 methods ,

What specifically are you trying to clean up? Metadata? Inactive users, computers, etc? Exp passwords?
Everything which is stale, password expired, the disabled user, and inactive computer. Everything which will improve the AD hygienic
