I am writing to report an issue with my Microsoft Rewards account.(IND server)
My account was unexpectedly downgraded from Gold status to Silver status, even though I had already qualified for Gold and had maintained that status for a long time. Since this downgrade occurred, I have noticed that my daily earning limits appear to have been reduced and certain bonuses are either unavailable or not functioning correctly.
I have also seen reports from other Microsoft Rewards users experiencing the same issue, which suggests this may be a
system-wide problem rather than an issue specific to my account.

NOTE:- I QUALIFIED FOR GOLD THE PREVIOUS MONTH AND HAVE COMPLETED THE 750 POINTS THRESHOLD OF THIS MONTH TOO!!(The activities take a week or two because they are designed that way!)
currently there is a Microsoft Rewards Gold entitlement outage
I also experience the same thing. Yesterday I was gold member and today I am silver member. I have been gold member for a long time. BTW I am in Indonesia.
