I am unable to login to Bing, despite having a Microsoft Account which I use to login to my PC.

About group tabs missing after a restart:

If you haven't tried anything yet please start by:

• Toggle off all in "Choose what to clear every time you close the browser":
• Go to Edge settings again by pressing Alt + F keys > Settings > In the left pane, click on "Privacy, search, and services."
• Under "Clear browsing data," click on "Choose what to clear every time you close the browser" and toggle off all options.

On the same settings:

• In the left pane, click on "Start, home, and new tab page" tab.
• Under On startup section, choose "Open tabs from the previous session."
• Test the browser once more to see if the problem is resolved.

My Windows 11 has just updated, and it appears that Bing Collections will now run and show collections if you start it when MS Edge is running. I tried your suggestions regarding Group Tabs, and it did retain the tab groups, but when Edge opened, all tabs, in all the groups, were running, which is not really what was wanted. So, it looks as though there isn't a satisfactory workaround. I'm sure someone, in this forum, will come up with an answer. They invariably have in the past, when MS has made improvements.

I've just discovered that in Edge, if you click on the 3 dots top right, you will find Tab groups listed. Hover on it, and a list of Tab groups is listed, hover on a group in the list, and all sites are listed. You can then select the site you've saved. So that looks as though it might be the workaround that I was looking for.

I'm glad to hear that Bing Collections is now displaying correctly and that you were able to find a workable alternative using the Tab Groups menu in Edge.

While it may not be identical to the old Collections experience, it does sound like it provides a way to access the sites you've organized without needing to reopen all tabs at startup.

Are you getting an error message when you try to sign in to Bing? If so, what does it say exactly?

Also, are you trying to sign in at Bing.com using the same Microsoft account that you use to sign in to Windows?

As a quick check, you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com using that same account. Please, let me know whether the issue happens only on Bing or across other Microsoft services as well.

invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter 'redirect_uri' is not valid. The expected value is a URI which matches a redirect URI registered for this client application.

Following that link takes me to collections, I am signed in with my MS account, but there are no saved collections websites. The page is blank with nothing added.

Do you have another Microsoft account that you remember, which you might also be signed in to Edge with at the time you are saving those Bing Collections?

My MS Edge has now upgraded to 149, I was never given an option, before the upgrade to do anything with the collections, so they are now gone from Edge

Yes - I do find it extremely frustrating. I thought that I might be able to use Group Tabs as a workaround, but they are only available while you are running edge, if you close Edge they are gone when you restart. I have now found my collections in Bing saves, but I discovered that you do not get your collections displayed if you have Edge running before you start Bing Saves. It is even more frustrating that you cannot add sites to your collections in Bing.
