Based on the description of this issue, it seems
headlessproperty not working either. In this case, please tried this workaround and check if it works for you: To add--remote-debugging-port=<port>. -

What is the version of the Microsoft Edge? Does this issue occur in Chrome? If possible, please provide the simple code that can reproduce this issue.
In addition, you can try to delete the user folder and recreate it, then check if this work for you.

What you provided is the code related to Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge. Even I modify this code to execute the Edge Driver. It also works normal in Microsoft Edge
114.0.1823.67like this below:Have you tried the thing I mentioned above (delete and recreate user folder)?

I only test with Microsoft Edge, do you used the same version of web driver with browser? Does this issue occur in Microsoft Edge?
