Please provide some more information on this problem.

What happened on your laptop before you saw that login error, did you log into your Microsoft account online and click the Lock button in the 'Find My Device' section to lock your laptop?

Is that your own personal laptop or provided by an organization, and is your laptop connected to a work or school account?

The message on the screen indicates that the device is managed by an organization (through Microsoft Entra / Intune or another device management solution) and that the administrator has restricted who can sign in. This is not something that can be bypassed locally on the device.

    To regain access:

    1. Ensure the device is connected to the internet (Wi‑Fi or Ethernet) so it can contact the organization’s device management service.
    2. Have the organization’s administrator sign in first with their work or school account on this device. Their sign‑in will allow the management policies to be applied and may re‑enable user sign‑in.
    3. If this is a personal device that was previously enrolled in work or school management, the administrator must either:
      • Re‑enable the device in the organization’s directory/device management, or
      • Remove the device from management on their side so it no longer enforces organizational restrictions.
    4. If the device was enrolled as a personal device and enrollment has been blocked for personal devices, the admin may need to adjust device management restrictions (for example, allowing personal devices or re‑enrolling the device under permitted settings) before sign‑in will work again.

Only the work or school administrator who manages the account and device can change these restrictions. If this is a home device and there is no such administrator, contact the organization whose account was used to enroll or register the device and ask them to remove or re‑enable the device in their management system.
