Progress stuck at N/A for "Explore fundamentals of large-scale analytics" module

Hello, I have fully completed the "Explore fundamentals of large-scale analytics" module (URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/examine-components-of-modern-data-warehouse/).

I have passed the module assessment and have my score, but my learning path dashboard shows N/A for this module and is blocking my overall path achievement/trophyScreenshot 2026-06-10 111423

. It seems the old knowledge check redirect or progress sync is broken on the backend for my account. Could a moderator please force-sync or manually credit this completion to my profile?

Thank you!

The module badge and assessment completion alone do not guarantee a learning path trophy; the learning path achievement is driven by how Microsoft Learn tracks completion across all modules and units in the path and by how progress is synchronized to the profile.

    From the available information:

    • The module Explore fundamentals of large-scale analytics is part of the learning path Introduction to Microsoft Azure Data analytics in Azure.
    • That learning path consists of three modules:
      • Explore fundamentals of large-scale analytics
      • Explore fundamentals of real-time analytics
      • Explore fundamentals of data visualization
    • Completing each module earns a badge; completing the entire learning path earns a trophy on the Microsoft Learn profile.

When progress or completion appears incorrect (for example, a module shows as completed and the assessment is passed, but the learning path dashboard shows N/A and no trophy is awarded), this must be corrected by Microsoft Learn support because profile data and achievements are managed centrally and cannot be adjusted manually by moderators or learners.

    To resolve the issue:

    1. Verify that all three modules in the Introduction to Microsoft Azure Data analytics in Azure learning path show as completed in the Modules view of the Learn profile.
    2. If the learning path still does not award the trophy or shows N/A for the module, open a support request with Microsoft Learn / Credentials Support so that the profile and achievement data can be checked and corrected on the backend.
