so today kind around like 10 am in the morning I starting playing Fortnite and I played it bout like 2 or 3 hours and then I got off Fortnite to watch YouTube for a little bit and then, I got on rocket league about like 18 or 20 minutes then I got back on to Fortnite and I was sitting in the loading screen then I made a group post seeing who wants to trade with me for Fortnite sprites then about 5 or 6 minutes later I went to someone that was interested in the post and then I sent them a text no saying or typing anything bad then after I tried to send the text it said you can't text due to Xbox law enforcement suspension when I didn't even do anything wrong and over the years I've spent bout like 300 or 400 dollars on this account and I've had it for 8 years so I hope someone can help me get my account unsuspend please and I got my account suspended for this "I'm trading Gold zero point and normal zero point and burnt peanut and gummy king and gummy earth and gold earth and gold fire and gold ghost and gold duck. If you want to trade with me send me a message."

Xbox account and communication suspensions are applied when activity is detected that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement or Xbox Code of Conduct, even if the user believes they did nothing wrong. Group posts and messages related to trading in-game items can be flagged if they are interpreted as spam, commercial activity, or otherwise against Xbox Live policies.

To understand and address the suspension:

    1. Sign in to the Xbox Enforcement site to see the exact reason and duration of the suspension:
    2. If the enforcement action allows it, submit a Case Review:
      • On the same enforcement site, review the guidance under “submit a Case Review” and follow the steps if the suspension is eligible for review.
      • Provide clear, factual information about what happened (for example, that the post was about trading in-game items and contained no abusive language).
    3. Review the Microsoft Services Agreement and Xbox Code of Conduct to avoid future issues:

Spending money on an account or having it for many years does not affect enforcement decisions; only compliance with the policies and code of conduct does. The Enforcement team’s decisions and reviews are handled only through the enforcement portal and cannot be changed via forums or general support.
