i want to install or update the MCM configMgr setup while i am configuring some part of it , it gives me the error that i can not have prerequisite to download or update the Configuration manager even though i have installed the latest version 2303 even i dont understand how i can solve this problem since three days i am looking for the answer but i can not the find the solution.

What's the error you have in the CM Console > Monitoring > Updates and Servicing Status? Run the prerequisite check for 2303 in-console update and see if you have any warnings or errors.
If you are not able to open the console, you can check the following log files:

i hope you are understanding so i have installed the latest .net frame 4.8 and everything is updated i dont see why it failed the downloading ?
The error code 0x80072EE7 translate to “The server name or address could not be resolved” . The error code 0x80072EE7 may occur due to incorrect TCP / IPv4 setting. You have to check if your SCCM server doesn't have any network & driver issue. If you have any firewall or proxy, try to disable it and got a temporarily Internet access.
