Hello Waheedulah Nasiri,
What's the error you have in the CM Console > Monitoring > Updates and Servicing Status? Run the prerequisite check for 2303 in-console update and see if you have any warnings or errors.
If you are not able to open the console, you can check the following log files:
- ConfigMgrPrereq.log
- CMUpdate.log
- ConfigMgrSetup.log
