Why is Microsoft Defender forcing me to download and install "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.391.1470.0)windows 10" over and over?

Starting 4 days ago my PC has shown that I must download and install the same Definition Update, and I have no clue why.

I can say that although the Windows updated version, 22H2 is also listed; but I will not under any circumstances allow it to install on my PC.

Microsoft Support has promised me around 30 times to help me via Quick Assist to keep the update from even being listed in my Windows Update by way of the Registry on my computer, but each time I contact them with the case number(s), for one reason or another they FAIL to do as they've promised, so I just have to continually keep it PAUSED until I've allowed for Security crap to install.

What is going on with this specific DEFINITION UPDATE Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.391.1470.0) ????????

The latest intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender are always updating with current definitions but the KB (KB2267602) for it never changes. Nothing to worry about, install it and move on.

I have the same issue with all of my Server 2019 servers. They keep installing the latest version.
And WSUS is not seeing the updates as installed.

Looks like the issue is still there. Same as Tina newer versions do not solve this issue.

Today I forced my servers to do an updates and WSUS sees 100% update!

    Open ‘Settings’ in Windows 10

    Go to ‘Update & Security’

    Click ‘Troubleshoot’

    Click on ‘Windows Update’

Then click on the ‘Run the trouble-shooter’
