The Microsoft Rewards team have suspended my account, they give no reason and there is no way contact them as there is no option to contact them direct,
I have built up alot of points and now to not be able to use them is quite frankly ridiculous, if its not sorted i will never buy another microsoft product again
A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.

Unfortunately, this means that your suspension is permanent.
The suspension should only affect Microsoft Rewards services.

An account may be suspended by Microsoft Rewards if a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement is detected: https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement#serviceslist
If you believe your account was suspended in error, the only way to fix this is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, as they are the only ones who are capable of investigating this case and possibly lifting suspensions: https://rewards.bing.com/support
However, if you are unable to submit a ticket because the form is greyed out, this means that your suspension is permanent and can no longer be appealed.

hi, i cant even get to the form in the first place as it says suspended but no link to contact support.
