Last month, I got charged £110 for microsoft azure services and I managed to get a refund because I explained that I used it for one session in my course in November and since I have not used it and in the session i deleted everything that should use up my "student credit". Somehow in January they charged me despite not putting in my card details but they were connected to the subscription? I managed to get a refund, and I deleted everything including my subscription and my card details. It's February now and again I got charged another £110 and my card details and the subscription are still on the account even though I deleted them?? It said the subscription was disabled and I definately not used it's services so I don't understand how I am being charged. I can't get a refund aswell because apparently I used up all support tickets?????????? Am I forever locked in being charged £110 every month to microsoft for literally no reason or services? I need help asap.

STOP CHARGING STUDENTS WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO LEARN THE SYSTEM SO THEY CAN SUPPORT YOUR PRODUCT!!!!!!! IT IS A PAIN IN THE NECK TO CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET EVERY TIME YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS TYPE OF SYSTEM. PLEASE CREATE A SANDBOX ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS

I am trying to learn Azure and I am beyond FRUSTRATED with Microsoft. So, I created this account with $200 I was given to try to learn and create different aspects of Azure before I have to deal with the real environment. However, every time I try to create a VM or do anything I am being charged left and right By Microsoft and my account is getting depleted to a point I will soon run out of money. The VM or services I am creating are just for learning purposes so I can set up alerts so I learned about the different monitoring services. HOW AM I supposed to LEARN the system when Microsoft Limits me and does not allow me to learn???? MICROSOFT NEEDS TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS SO THEY CAN HAVE UNLIMITED RESOURCES TO LEARN THE SYSTEM IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE SAID THIS TO MICROSOFT OVE AND OVER AGAIN BUT THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE ME. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO LEARN AZURE THEN YOU GOT TO GIVE THEM A SANDBOX TO TRY THINGS OUT. YOU CAN'T JUST LEARN AND SUPPORT AZURE BY PASSING A TEST.

    Hi,

Can you check if none of the resources are on and running via the Cost management and resources tab? I will suggest you to contact the Billing Team and see if they can figure out the cost associated with your account.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request#go-to-help--support-from-the-global-header

    Hope this helps.
