I have had this problem a few times- but every once and a while I am working in compliance.microsoft and I go back to a previous page it gets stuck on the loading screen with the lock and cloud with other little graphics. It lasts for the remainder of the day and sometimes even longer. I have restarted my computer, cleared the cookies/cache, opened in a new tab, etc. I do not know what else to do.

Thank you.

@Butcher, Alissa (A) - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

If you are experiencing issues with the compliance.microsoft website getting stuck on the loading screen, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, the browser cache and cookies can cause issues with website loading. Clearing them can help resolve the issue. To do this, go to your browser settings and look for the option to clear cache and cookies.
    • Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the website using a different browser. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current browser.
    • Check your internet connection: Slow or unstable internet connection can cause issues with website loading. Check your internet connection and try resetting your modem or router.
    • Disable browser extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with website loading. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed and see if the issue is resolved. In case, none of the above steps doesn't resolve your issue, kindly share the screenshort of the screen which is not loading.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
