Dear Sir,

Customer has a Windows 2019 AD with Windows 10 PC. They want to change the date default format from "m/d/yyyy", and need to change "dd/mm/yyyy" automatically when user login.

Is it possible to do it?

    Hello there,

In Windows 10, the date format is typically determined by the regional settings configured for each user account. If the date format is changing automatically to "dd/mm/yyyy" when a user logs in, it is likely due to the regional settings for that specific user account being set to that format.

To modify the date format for a user account in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

Sign in to the user account for which you want to change the date format.

Open the Start menu and click on the "Settings" gear icon to open the Windows Settings.

In the Windows Settings window, click on "Time & Language."

In the left-hand menu, select "Region."

Under the "Formats" section, click on the "Change data formats" link.

In the "Short date" dropdown menu, select the desired date format, such as "MM/dd/yyyy" if you prefer that format.

Click on the "Apply" button to save the changes.
