How to reschedule az 900 exam

I could not write my Azure fundamental 900 exam due to technical problems even after 3 exam agents tried to assist me. Is there anything I can do to re-schedule the exam. It appears as if the system is not allowing me to reschedule the exam. I used pearsonvue online.
