How can I give positive feedback to improve the answer or negative feedback to correct the question answering?

I need to give positive to negative feedback to a question answer and be able to qualify if the feedback is correct, then update my project. I want to know if this exists in API.

    @Esteban Andrade There is no direct API to add feedback if an answer is helpful or not helpful.

    But, there is a feature called Active Learning which helps improve the alternate questions that can be added to your project or KB as users pose questions to the endpoint. Does this help?
