Hi,
Did you joined your device to any organization or school for Azure/M365 services? It might be case that device is registered and managed so check and follow the process of removing the associated account from your work or school could help resolve this issue.

This message clearly indicates that your Edge browser settings are managed by your organizations. That means if you use your office laptop or computer and sign in with your work account, then you may get this message. IT administrators set policies to prevent users from tampering with the browser settings. Without proper administrative privileges, you can’t modify related browser settings.

This issue is frequently caused by browser extensions, particularly Internet Download Manager (IDM). To fix this problem, you must take the following steps:
3- Reinstall your preferred extensions one by one, checking after each installation whether the message "your browser is managed by your organization" reappears. Once you've identified the responsible extension, remove it from the browser and repeat step 2.
If the IDM extension was the culprit, follow these steps:
1- remove the related extension and close the Chrome.
2- Delete the registry key associated with "ExtensionManifestV2Availability" from the Windows registry (regedit).
3- open the IDM desktop software, and navigate to the "Options" menu.
4- Uncheck "Extend the availability of manifest 2 chrome extensions".
5- Also, uncheck the "Google Chrome" option in the section labeled "Capture downloads from the following browsers".
6- Reinstall the IDM extension for Google Chrome manually by dragging and dropping the file named "IDMGCExt.crx" (located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager folder) onto the Google Chrome Extensions page.
7- Finally, go back to the IDM desktop software, and recheck the "Google Chrome" option in the "Capture downloads from the following browsers" section.
