    Hello lalajee,

Try disabling the Windows Firewall temporarily on both sides and check. The same if you have any third-party antivirus.

Be sure that the GPO is applied correctly to allow helpers to remotely control the target computer.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Please make sure that your remote account is part of the built-in local administrator group. If it is not, you can manually add them to have a try. By default, the remote control access is granted to those who part of "Administrators" group on the target computer.

2,You can also try to remove ccmsetup.exe from client and install again manually, then restart the client computer to have a try.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
