My discount of 50% for completing "Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge 30 days to learn it" is not showing when trying to schedule an eligible exam

Hello Team, I hope you're having an excellent day.

As I completed the challenge "DevOps Engineering", and after reading the Terms and conditions, I see that the eligible exam(s) contain the exam "Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions", yet when trying to schedule this exam, my 50% discount doesn't appear.

Thank you for looking into this matter as soon as you can, I'll be awaiting your reply with impatience.
