Hi Support, In the certification dashboard, I can't find the option to download my certificates in pdf format.
Please help to find this option.

Today i give Az-102 exam and passed it , i have received an email also to claim the badge by Microsoft, but when I login to learn.microsoft.com it is not showing any certification, i need to download it. Please help me

The main issue I have is that there is NO Certification or Certificates section in the Profile menu. I can see my certificate in the Transcript section and Activity, but I simply do not have the Certifications section in the menu or under my profile or anywhere else for that matter...

How can I get the PDFs of my certifications?

On Microsoft learn site, after login, under "Profile" > "Credentials" you can find it > print > pdf.
For anyone else having this issue, this is how I solved it:
Log into Microsoft Learn Profile.
Go to Profile -> Certifications -> View Certification Details
From there press the 'Print Button'
In the pop-up, change the printer to the option that says 'Save as PDF'

i m getting blank pdf but , how to download certificate and badge then ?

The pdf should not be blank when you download it, it should be your cert in the new microsoft learn format. I think you're talking about the link preview when sharing? If you're sharing the Microsoft Learn link to your certificate and the link preview is blank, you can try hosting your cert for free using Credly.com and sharing that link. The preview for this should not be blank and should display the appropriate badge.
