Is there any additional license requirements for B2BDirectconnect

Managing external identities to enable secure access for partners, customers, and other non-employees
A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Additional Microsoft Entra services and features related to identity, access, and network security
For B2B direct connect, where mutual trust relationship with another Azure AD organization is required, you'll need an Azure AD Premium P1 license in both tenants.
If the tenant hold the basic license then is there any additional requirement for doing B2BDirect connect

B2B Direct connect is part of External Identities, so no additional license is required for that. The same pricing which Andy David - MVP has shared applies to B2B direct connect as well.
