How to remove lost phone's authenticator from work Microsoft account?

Recently lost my phone that has my Microsoft authenticator on it for my work account and I can't seem to find a way to remove it from the account. This is preventing me from signing in to Visual Studio.

Any way that I've found will prompt me for the authenticator code to access, which of course I can't do.

Please let me know.

    Work account would use Azure AD and your administrator would be able to reset it.
