Updated Outlook to 2307 and lost the ability to attach documents into Calendar events.

Hello,

After updating my Outlook version to 2307 I have lost the ability to attach files to certain calendar meetings and events created by others. This was not an issue before updating as I have a second computer that is on 2305 where the feature works. For the updated Outlook, the "Insert" tab has been completely removed when editing a calendar event. Is there a registry key to edit or something I can do to get this back or at least an explanation on why the feature has been removed?

Thanks

    Hi @Disgruntled ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Looks like your issue is a known issue caused by the recent update, which mentioned that the meeting is now read only for the recipient. It is no longer possible to make changes to the body of the meeting or to attach files to the meeting. If you need to keep notes on the meeting, consider these alternate solutions:

Can you suggest any workarounds to update executives on per meeting notes and docs from admins while not making accessible to all meeting attendees?
