Issues with a Certification Pearson Vue - Voucher 100% Discount

Hello, I've been scheduling a cert exam last monday, I had a problems with the pearson vue system, my exam never came up, then they reschedule my exam and same problem, my concern is , that they told me that I should wait 24hrs to reschedule my exam, what is the problem?, I had a voucher that I earn from you in the last cloud challenge, and now is lost because pearson vue , so I need solutions, I need my discount and I need to do my exam ASAP. please help me
