Hi,

Is it true that we can use Azure AD P2 advance features for all users by just buying 1 license?

    It depends on what service you are using, but generally speaking, yes. Buy one license and apply it to your Administrator account to gain access to Azure AD P2 features.

    Hi,

    You need to have a Azure AD P2 license for every user that will use the features in order to comply with the product terms. Please keep in mind that upon audit/verification if you are noncompliant you may have to reimburse for the verification costs (independent auditor/etc.) plus a penalty price for purchasing the licenses to get compliant.
