Touchpad not working at all - windows 10

I recently formatted my pc. Installed new windows 10. After I installed this version, the scroll down gesture using two finger stopped working. So I was searching for solutions and mice and other pointers devises disappeared from the device manager. now my touchpad stopped working. Please advise what to do

    If all don't work, please run below commands in CMD as administrator.

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    • DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    • sfc /scannow

    Each of these actions can take a few minutes, so it is important to execute one at a time. When finished, you must restart the PC.

    Go to the website of the laptop manufacturer and search for a touchpad driver for your laptop model.

    Hello,

    You need to install latest touchpad drivers for your system model from your device manufacturer's website. This should resolve the issue.
