Hi All,

My customer has an issue about multiple of the same printers when logging in to the RDS server on Windows Server 2019. Please see the image below,

Before they found the issue, they had worked normally for many months.

Could you please provide me with a solution or how can I resolve the issue?

Thank you in advance,

Tanisorn.

    Hello there,

Is this behaviour only for specific users profile?

On the RDS server, open an elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands to reset the print spooler:

    net stop spooler

    net start spooler

On the RDS server, go to "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers."

Remove all instances of the duplicated printers by right-clicking and selecting "Remove device." Ensure that you remove all redundant printer entries.
