Request to restore original 100% discount for failed AZ-900 exam (case 08886211)

Hello Support,

I took the Azure AZ-900 exam some months back, but it failed due to technical issues. I was told my 100% discount would be restored, but when I tried to reactivate it, I found that I could only see my company-related 50% discount.

Could you please help restore my original 100% discount?
