reset and unblock MFA in State employee Connect

Hello all,

Hope you are doing great!

I would like to understand process to unblock and reset MFA - Multi Factor Authentication in Cal state employee connect.

I cant find the Qr code for me to connect to my phone.

    The Cal state admins will need to reset the account then a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to the account.
