Can we install BizTalk Server 2020 on Windows Server 2022 with SQL Server 2019 and if Microsoft supports it ?

Maximum windows version is Windows Server 2019

Maximum SQL version is Microsoft SQL Server 2019

So no, if you install on Windows Server 2022 it won't be a supported configuration. It might work, but if you have any issues, Microsoft might decline support.

I have same question because of windows server lifecycle as mentioned in link.

As per my answer above. Currently not supported. But possibly Microsoft will at some point update it, possibly after releasing a CU.

Colin was right, from CU6 it is supported. See KB5048971 - Improvement: Support for Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, and SQL Server 2022 in BizTalk Server 2020
