Didn’t received refund of the canceled azure certification exam

I agree with the first comment on contacting your exam provider. If it was Pearson VUE - https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact. I've also asked a refund from them, but it was a slightly different scenario - there was a 100% discount on my exam but needed to pay a refundable no-show fee. According to the support, it is not always automatic for the refund. Sometimes, you need to initiate it so it might be the case. Refund reflected on my card within the day after I contacted them but still depends on your bank. Hope this helps.
