How can I solve the "the network path was not found" when I use the schtask.exe

When I use schtasks.exe, I met this problem. I don't know where I went wrong. Can anyone help me?

    Hello wz C

    Can it ping to the IP address 192.168.123.12? or using Traceroute to traces the path.

    Instead of the IP address, you might consider using the computer's hostname (NetBIOS name) in the command.

    Ensure no firewall settings block the network communication.
