Remote desktop license issue

Getting a remote desktop license issue even though the license is available for that session. It is license per device. Also getting an error:

"The remote desktop session host server is in Per Device licensing mode and No Redirector Mode, but license server server name does not have any installed licenses with the following attributes:

Product version: Windows Server 2016

Licensing mode: Per Device

License type: RDS CALs or VDI Premium Suite licenses"

    Hello,

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to remote desktop issue

Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) server.

check that the license server is configured correctly in the RDSH server settings.

Ensure that you have the appropriate RDS Client Access Licenses (CALs) installed on the license server, and that they are valid for the version of Windows Server you are using (in this case, Windows Server 2016).

    ALso check

licenses installed on the license server are specifically for Remote Desktop Services (RDS CALs) and not for other services or products.

Use the Remote Desktop Licensing Diagnoser tool to check for common licensing issues.

    and see it helps.

    Thank you
