My Tenant apply Multifactor authentication by Text Message and Status "Enforce" for all users.

  1. If my org so far require to apply Text Message only, We choose select state to "Disable"?
  2. If change to disable or Exclude user, It's mean permanent for not apply Microsoft Authentication Apps?

    Hi @Naratip Buranakit ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1. If my org so far require to apply Text Message only, We choose select state to "Disable"?

If your organization currently requires Text Message for multi-factor authentication and you want to disable it, you can change the state to "Disable" or "Exclude" for the users. However, this means that the users will not be prompted to use the Microsoft Authenticator app or any other multi-factor authentication method .

    1. If change to disable or Exclude user, It's mean permanent for not apply Microsoft Authentication Apps?

This is not a permanent setting, and you can always change it back to "Enforce" or "Enable" in the future if you want to require multi-factor authentication again.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks,

    Shweta
