1. Please check Event Viewer at the time of failure, might not help yet worth looking at.
2. Go to Task Manager -> Click Startup tab ->Disable any unwanted application during login.
3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
4. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter
-> C:\Windows\Temp
-> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
5. Disable fast startup using below from elevated prompt.
Powercfg -h off

Restart is SLOW - TEN MINUTES or more.
