    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    1. Press Windows key + X -> Go to Settings -> Click Update and Security
    2. Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
    3. Look for Windows Update and run the troubleshooter.
    4. If the issue persists, you can perform Repair Upgrade , , it will repair and replace damaged system files. This will also update your computer to the latest version of Windows.

    Download the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

    Select "Keep personal files and applications" -> Let it install
