How to stop "Microsoft respects your privacy" message? Every time I open a doc or open Outlook it comes on. It's extremely annoying.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft often releases updates that may change or improve the way privacy notices are displayed or handled.
Microsoft Outlook may have privacy settings that control certain aspects of data collection and sharing. You can access these settings through the following steps:
Shange the settings > Sign out > Sign in > recheck.
You are correct. This video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qc_tWokWx1M does solve the problem. Thanks.
The trick is that users must be vigilant to never sign into their other Microsoft accounts. I am prompted by Microsoft often to sign into my other account. When prompted, I must be vigilant to select "sign into other account" (or similar wording) and select the primary account and sign into just that account. Otherwise, I have the problem again of being signed into too many accounts and the pop ups return.
Is it too much to ask that someone from Microsoft watch this video and solve the underlying problem? At the very least Microsoft could make login less confusing for those of us with multiple accounts so that we can more easily avoid this error of being logged in to too many accounts.
